Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life while collaborating with patients, families, and physicians. Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, utilizing Scribe AI and Raintree EMR platforms for documentation and scheduling. Maintain accurate progress records within a manageable caseload of approximately 10-12 daily visits. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
