Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life while collaborating with PTAs and multidisciplinary colleagues. Treat post-operative rehabilitation cases, educate patients on home exercise programs, and accurately document treatment progression. Build meaningful patient relationships within a collaborative outpatient environment offering flexible scheduling and access to AI-powered documentation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
