Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life while treating post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions. Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes. Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling opportunities and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
