Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life while treating a manageable caseload of approximately 10-12 visits daily. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes, utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation and the Raintree EMR platform for efficient record-keeping. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs to support their recovery goals.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
