Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for orthopedic, post-operative, and mobility-related conditions. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life while collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs, and maintain accurate documentation using Scribe AI-powered technology and the Raintree EMR platform. Work within a manageable caseload environment targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day in a Monday-Friday outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
