Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care for a diverse outpatient orthopedic population. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life while treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation. Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants to support strong patient outcomes and educate patients on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes using Scribe AI-powered documentation technology. Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative Richmond clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
