Job Summary
Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient physical therapy caseload, developing individualized, evidence-based plans of care for orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions. Manage an average of 50 patient visits per week by providing therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual interventions, and patient education while utilizing Raintree EMR and AI Scribe technology. Monitor patient progress to adjust plans and support positive clinical outcomes through collaboration with referring providers and support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
