Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care for orthopedic, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of impairments including balance and dizziness concerns while collaborating with Physical Therapist Assistants to support exceptional patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes. Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Manage a caseload of approximately 10-12 patient visits per day with access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Current CPR certification
