Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Clinic Full Time

Conduct outpatient physical therapy services including dry needling, pelvic health, hand therapy, and wellness programs. Manage patient pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury by reviewing medical history and applying exercises, stretching, and hands-on manual therapy. Perform approximately 11 visits daily and 7-8 evaluations weekly across 23 clinic locations in Western Washington. Utilize AI-enabled clinical documentation to reduce administrative time by 90%. Full-time employment with an $88K-$105K annual salary plus up to $15K sign-on bonus, student loan reimbursement, and productivity incentives. Requires Washington state licensure in good standing.
