Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in modifying care plans based on evolving patient conditions and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and provide frictionless patient access through adaptability and empathy. Take initiative in continuing education, serve as a clinical instructor, and assist in orienting and mentoring staff and students.
