Physical Therapist (PT) - Ortho / Sports

Conduct physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation across varied settings. Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in modifying care plans based on evolving patient conditions and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Complete accurate discharge planning and follow-up care while documenting charges and progress notes. Manage an accurate schedule, meet productivity expectations, and provide flexible patient access. Pursue continuing education for professional growth and serve as a clinical instructor to assign students. Assist with orientation and mentoring of inexperienced staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
