Physical Therapist (PT) - Ortho / Sports

Conduct physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation. Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Demonstrate proficiency in treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentation, consulting with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and provide frictionless patient access through flexibility and empathy. Complete appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care while accurately documenting patient course, including focused initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluations. Take initiative in pursuing continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor to assign students. Assist with orientation and mentoring of inexperienced staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
