Conduct comprehensive physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation across varied settings. Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and consult with healthcare professionals to modify care plans as conditions evolve. Complete appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care while accurately documenting charges for patient activities. Take initiative in pursuing continuing education, serve as a clinical instructor to assign students, and assist with orientation and mentoring of staff and volunteers.
