Job Summary
Deliver quality physical therapy to homebound patients of all ages in Rolling Hills Estates and surrounding areas. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment while determining the plan of care. Utilize the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline patients and complete intuitive documentation during visits. Work as an independent contractor with full control over your schedule, coverage areas, and per-visit rates. You will manage your own transportation and smartphone access for streamlined referrals. Join a network connecting clinicians with over 900 home health agencies across California, Arizona, Texas, and Florida to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
