Supervise physical therapy assistants while helping residents perform tasks and monitoring their progress. Maintain resident confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Foster cooperative relationships among healthcare team members while adhering to current evidence-based practices consistent with American Physical Therapy Association standards.
