Physical Therapist (PT) - Online - Part-Time

Physical Therapist (PT) position in US-IN-Westfield with part-time schedule. Responsible for providing comprehensive PT services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure/certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function.
