Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in an interdisciplinary environment, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function; maintain thorough documentation of progress and outcomes; ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Requires degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and current state PT licensure or certification; part-time role located in OH (Bellevue and Norwalk) with online/open-work arrangements as applicable to the position.
Required Qualifications

- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
