Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and current state licensure/certification. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function, and maintaining compliant documentation. Location: US-OH-Bellevue; Part-Time, online-enabled role with benefits and weekly pay. State law requires a criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
