Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides online, part-time physical therapy services in a Senior Living Community. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs; developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve function; and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires a current state PT license and a Doctorate/Professional degree in Physical Therapy. The position emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and compliance with professional practices and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
