Job Summary
Provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develops and implements personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Maintains accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Location: Columbus, IN; Part-Time employment with benefits and weekly pay. Must hold a state PT license and degree in physical therapy. State law requires a criminal record check for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
