Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Licensure as a Physical Therapist and CPR certification. Experience range: 0-1 years. Location: New York City (online/remote, part-time).
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Current valid CPR certification, preferred
