Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services in an online/telehealth setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function; conduct thorough assessments of patients’ conditions and rehabilitation needs; maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
