Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulations. Demonstrates comprehensive PT knowledge and clinical decision-making consistent with licensure requirements and accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
