Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
