Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must have and maintain a current state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function; conduct thorough assessments; maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
