Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
