Required Qualifications
- Current state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Maintain documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
