Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment; develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function; maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements; participate in rehab activities and contribute to a high-quality care team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
