Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) is online/part-time, responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Requires a current/state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Duties include assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and maintaining compliant documentation of progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
