Provide physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment; must hold a current state physical therapy licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, applying therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
