Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services in an interdisciplinary setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations. Must maintain a current state PT licensure or certification and hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
