Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs; develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities; maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations. Must hold a current state PT license and degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
