Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment; conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs; develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques; maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
