Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) providing online, part-time PT services. Responsibilities include full range of PT services: assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and rehab needs, development and implementation of personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function, and maintaining compliant documentation of progress and outcomes. Requires current state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; position emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, adherence to professional practices and regulatory standards, and a focus on patient outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
