Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve patients’ physical function. Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. This is a part-time online role based in Hartford, CT with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Provide full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Ability to perform rehab-related duties as part of a team
- Weekly pay and benefits after start date
