Job Summary
Provide full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Must maintain a current, valid state PT licensure and hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
