Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function; conduct thorough assessments of patients’ conditions and rehabilitation needs; maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations; deliver care online as part of a part-time role; ensure licensure and accredited degree are maintained; contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
