Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy and a current, valid state PT licensure. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with policies.
