Physical Therapist (PT) - Online - Part-Time role located in Mesa, AZ. Requires current state PT licensure/certification and an accredited Physical Therapy degree. Required Qualifications
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Provide full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation compliant with policies and regulations
- Able to implement personalized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
