Physical Therapist (PT) - Online - Part-Time

Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
