Job Summary
Provide full range of physical therapy services online with a part-time schedule, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
