Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an online, part-time capacity. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and maintaining compliant documentation of patient progress and outcomes in an interdisciplinary environment. Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Experience in rehab and interdisciplinary environment
