Physical Therapist (PT) - Online - Part-Time

Physical Therapist (PT) provides full-range physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification and have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve function, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
