Job Summary
Provides a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develops and implements personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient function; maintains accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Requires current state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
