Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs; develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve function; maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
