Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. PT licensure and degree from an accredited program are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Criminal record check as a condition of employment (state law)
