Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities; maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements; deliver rehab-focused care to improve physical function. Part-time online PT role with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits starting after eligibility period; requires active PT licensure in the state and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
