Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient function. Maintain accurate documentation of progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
