Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Must hold a current state PT licensure or certification and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
