Job Summary
Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Criminal record check as a condition of employment by state law
